Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program

    This fully-funded program offers the opportunity for high school students from the United States and Germany to travel to each other’s countries and study for a year. Scholarships are awarded to students between the ages of 15 and 18 who have a good academic record. Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
