    Acess Board seal is a green and white drawing of an eagle holding arrows and an acacia leaf in its claw.   Above the eagle's head are stars and the words 'United States'.  In his mouth is a ribbon.  The drawing is encircled by the words 'Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board'. The Board, created in 1973, has served the nation as the only independent federal agency whose primary mission is accessibility for people with disabilities.
