Michael J. Gresalfi
Michael Gresalfi, Ph.D., is a senior national security and counterterrorism analyst with more than twenty-five years experience supporting various Federal agencies in the Washington DC area. Presently, he is the Special Assistant within the Department of Homeland Security’s Domestic Nuclear Detection Office. He is the senior liaison to the DNDO’s Operations Support Directorate from the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration.
Dr. Gresalfi has been a community leader and advocate for people with disabilities for many years, and across a myriad of venues. He was a two-term Commissioner, Commission on People with Disabilities, in Montgomery County, Maryland. He was a two-term Board of Trustees member, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Washington DC National Capital Chapter. He is the proud father of three adult girls, one of whom has have prevailed over the challenges associated with CP. Michael is himself a service-connected disabled Army veteran.
