The goal of the Disability Policy Collaboration is to impact national public policy for people with developmental disabilities, including those with cerebral palsy and intellectual disability, and their friends, families and loved ones.

2007 Issue Fact Sheets

This series of fact sheets, which summarize the critical national legislative issues facing people with disabilities, have been updated for use at the 2007 Disability Policy Seminar. These documents include background information, recent Congressional action and the Disability Policy Collaboration’s recommendations on a particular issue. UCP and The Arc of the United States consider these issues critical for 2007.
