Board Volunteers Recognized for Service

National charity United Cerebral Palsy Association, based in Washington, D.C., offers a recognition program called Victory 100 for volunteers who give 100 hours or more to a local affiliate UCP agency. The three volunteer Board memebrs who served UCP of PA with more than 100 hours of their time in 2006 are Leon Triest, Glenn Hoffman, and Bill Schultz. The Board and Executive Director Joan W. Martin express their thanks to the men for their dedication to the organization and its mission. In addition, Board President Glenn Hoffman presented an afghan he hand-made to Bill Schultz in appreciation for Bill's extraordinary and long service to UCP of PA. According to Joan Martin, he was very helpful to the organization during a transitional period.
