Victory 100 Volunteers
The four dedicated volunteers who contributed at least 100 hours of their time to the organization are William R. Schultz, Paulette Houghton, and David Walline. In addition, a certificate for his volunteer contribution of time will be presented to the family of our late Board President, Glenn P. Hoffman.
