"An Irish Evening" 2009 a huge success!

UCP's 11th annual “An Irish Evening” event, presented by Redstone Federal Credit Union, took place March 13 at the VBC North Hall with on-air personalities Lite 96.9 WRSA's John Malone, Bonny O'Brien and Nate Adams hosting the evening's festivities.

All proceeds from this annual fundraiser directly benefit UCP client services in North Alabama.

This year, UCP was excited to welcome back Henri’s Notions to share Celtic music from the south. Dinner entertainment also included a performance by the Nashville Irish Step Dancers. After the show, guests danced the night away with DJ Mo of America’s Party Pros.

Guests also enjoyed UCP's extensive silent auction and games with amazing prizes, including this beautiful diamond and peridot set from Sabghi’s Jewelers!
