Non Profit Recognition Weekend of Service
United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware is seeking volunteers to assist with facility clean up and repairs of the administrative offices and Camp Manito location. Delaware ’s Governor-Elect, Jack Markell, is raising public awareness for non profits. The United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) facility at 700 River Road , Wilmington , DE 19809 , welcomes support from all. We are seeking volunteers to assist with in-door painting and repairs. Our lead volunteer contractor, Ken Morrison, Home Remedies, Inc., will be directing repairs for UCP. Other tasks include general clean-up (and weather permitting, light yard work).
Volunteers are needed as follows:
Saturday, January 24th, 8am-12 noon, and 1 p.m.- 5p.m.
Sunday, January 25 th, 8am-12 noon and 1pm- 5 p.m.
No previous experience is necessary. The Board of Directors welcomes all participants from the community. Please join us in revitalizing our facility for special needs summer campers.
