Respite for Parents of Children with Special Needs
The Recreation & Respite (R&R) program provides relief for family members and primary caregivers of children with special needs and their siblings. Children ages 3-18 (including siblings) participate in a wide range of recreational activities. Our experienced, caring staff and volunteers provide dinner or a snack and any necessary physical care while parents/caregivers take a much deserved break. R&R (formerly Parents Night Out) is currently offered in Salem and Medford on Friday evenings and/or Saturdays.
