The Arc of Pennsylvania is a grassroots organization comprised of over 40 local chapters located throughout the state of Pennsylvania and representing over 14,000 members. We are part of a much larger movement. The Arc of the United States and the Arc of Pennsylvania work toward the goal of having people with mental retardation fully participate in civil, social, educational, health and employment activities in the communities in which they reside, with the opportunity to grow to their fullest potential in every way.
