The Family C.A.F.E.® (Collaboration, Advocacy, Friendship and Empowerment) is an annual conference to serve as a clearinghouse of information. The conference provides a unique environment where families can connect with peers, commercial service providers and public entities to find out what services are available to them, which best meets their needs, and how to go about securing those services.
