The Sunshine Factory, formerly known as the Andrew County Senate Bill 40 Board, is for individuals with developmental disabilities who legally reside in Andrew county. The volunteer board has been in existence since 1997. The mission of the Sunshine Factory is "To identify persons with disabilities and to provide those persons, their parents and/or caregivers with the information and services needed to allow them to more actively participate in home, leisure, and work actively in their communities.
