The UCP National Office manages the Elsie S. Bellows Trust, distributing funds to its affiliates such as UCP of Maine, which then awards grants to successful applicants to fund assistive technology for people with disabilities.<br> <p>Applicants must document need for the equipment. The Bellows Fellows award must be considered the funding source of last resort.
