Rockaway Independent Housing
Housing in our ranch-style home on Lakeside Drive is available to four adults age 18 - 65 who have a permanent physical disability and are capable of independent living in a shared environment. The four-bedroom house has been designed to be fully accessible for persons with mobility impairments and for wheelchair use.

Preference will be given to residents of Morris County and persons whose disability includes mobility impairment. Applicants for tenancy must meet the low and very low-income limits established by the Department of Housing & Urban Development. Monthly rent is under $300 per month including utilities except individuals with telephone and cable services.
