HSDF
HSDF is advocacy, support, information, and referral services for adults with physical disabilities. UCP Central PA provides these services under sub-contract with Cumberland County Community Services.
Eligibility:
- Between the ages of 18 and 59
- Have low income or are M.A. eligible
- Mentally alert
