Children & Family Services
Developmental Screenings (Springfield)
UCP can provide developmental screenings to help provide a basic assessment of a child’s motor, language, social, self-help, and cognitive development. Early identification facilitates the initial and ongoing provisions of services to maximize a child’s development.
Free community-based screenings, available to children ages birth to three years old, are conducted to identify children who have developmental delays and disabilities. Based on these screenings a variety of services are offered to help children improve in the needed areas.
Please refer to the information about Play Group, Lekotek, Camps, Saddle Up!, Flings and other UCP activities that can help children developmentally.
