Supported Employment

What is Supported Employment?

Supported employment programs help people with disabilities find, secure, and keep employment. The customer drives every step of the job-seeking process. Each of our customers hire a team of professionals and advocates to work with them and to help them identify their talents and interests. Then the team explores the individual’s skills and interests. As the process progresses the team explores possible job opportunities and sets about securing inclusive employment with competitive wages. A successful job placement is not necessarily defined by how long a customer stays at a job, but by their satisfaction with their job.
