Get Involved / Volunteer
- Group of active volunteers to help start an after school program in the Hanover/Adams County area for youth with disabilities. The kids being served would be from grade K-8. Activities include: arts/craft, movies, bowling, shopping, sports, etc.
- Special Events/ Fundraising Volunteers. Our special events are looking for new volunteer committee members to help plan the event. Events include: Casual Day, Holiday Gift Wrap, and Ducky Derby.
- Groups of people who can come in to the offices in York, Hanover, and Chambersburg to clean toys for UCP's Child Development Group.
- Individuals who would be interested in helping put together UCP's bulk mailings. Bulk mailings include newsletters and direct mail appeals.
- Individuals who would be interested in cleaning and refurbishing electric wheelchairs.
- Individuals who would like to help with data entry.
- Individuals who would like to be a volunteer mentor to children whose parents are incarcerated.
