Meet the Staff

These are some of the faces at our agency administrative offices.

Director of Services
Bob Winters joined UCPRI October 2000. He has worked in the human service field since 1978. Bob coordinated an Adult Development Program at the Trudeau Center for 10 years. Prior to that was Behavior Mod Clinician (Trudeau), Senior Behavioral Specialist (Ladd), House Manager(Trudeau) and Direct Support Professional(Trudeau). He received his Bachelors in Psychology from Providence College in 1978. He also received a Dual Masters in Special Ed and Administration from Rhode Island College in 1986.

Director of Administration & Development
John Martell has created, developed and implemented a large and diverse variety of operational, human resource, regulatory, and business strategies within the medical device and manufacturing industries over the past 22 years. Much of his experience was developed within a division of The Pfizer Corporation. He has a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from Florida Institute of Technology. Currently John directs and assists with aspects of the agency’s technical, procedural, marketing objectives and development opportunities.
