Casual May – Don’t DIS my ABILITY!
Each year during the month of May local businesses and associations have the opportunity to dress casually in UCP apparel and participate in fun and unique disability awareness activities. All participants receive different incentives based on their donation level and are entered into a special vacation drawing. It is a true push for disability awareness and recognition in the community
EMHC No Limits Golf Classic
Join us for a day of sun, fun, and golf to support the life-changing work of UCP. Again in 2009, UCP will partner with Emergency Mobile Health Care and Sam’s Town to host a shotgun golf tournament and pre-tournament party in Tunica, MS. Remember, as a charity event, no real golf skills are required.
The Elvis Presley Run, Walk, Rock and Roll
Join thousands of Elvis fans, runners, walkers, wheelchair athletes, family and friends in the front of Graceland for the 27th annual Elvis Presley Run and Walk. The morning is full of exercise, entertainment, food and fun. Please register at www.elvispresleyrunandwalk.com before August 2009.
The 3 Course Feast
Enjoy food and beverages by some of Memphis’ top locally-owned restaurants and chefs at the Holiday Inn U of M in January 2010. All guests are invited to participate in food demos, wine tasting, and end-of-the night voting for the Silver Spatula Awards. It is a food lover’s paradise!
