Community Outreach
The Community Outreach Program is designed to reach out to the needs of families and individuals with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities. Our services are available to individuals with disabilities as well as community members and professionals. Services may be provided throughout Southern Wisconsin including: Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Grant, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Richland and Sauk Counties.
