Adult Supportive Services

Adult Services assists individuals over age eighteen who have a developmental disability and reside in Dane County. Referrals for services are made by the Dane County Adult Community Services Intake Unit.

The Adult Program is made up of two separate components—one provides short term assessment and planning; the other offers the long term involvement of a Support Broker chosen by the individual. The Program is overseen by a Program Director who is responsible for monitoring the quality of services provided and supervising staff.
