In addition, UCP hires multiple part-time Inclusion Facilitators throughout the year to assist children and teens with disabilities in being included in area child care and youth programs. College students have consistently found that this unique experience has been extremely valuable to them.

We also hire multiple Respite Care Providers, who are are responsible for providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities, offering relief to family members or caregivers.
