UCP's Misson is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by minimizing the effects of cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.
UCP strives to fulfill this mission through direct services, community education, parent training and advocacy.
The agency goal of "Life Without Limits for People with Disabilities" reflects the commitment to providing opportunities for individuals to be fully included in the community and as self-sufficient and independent as possible.
