History
In 1968, a small group of parents of children with disabilities committed themselves to raising their children at home in a setting that encouraged growth. They were dedicated to providing their children with a quality education at a time when children with disabilities were not welcomed in the public schools. This group formed a school so their children could stay in the home setting and attend classes daily like other children. This group of loving and dedicated parents built the foundations that United Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln strives to live up to everyday, maintaining that every person has a right to live to their fullest potential.
