A low cost orthopedic clinic is held at Neuromuscular Orthopaedic Institute (NOI) in Mt. Vernon on the second Tuesday of each month, except July and December, for persons of all ages with developmental disabilities.

This diagnostic consultation clinic is staffed by an orthopedic surgeon; speech, physical and occupational therapists; medical supply representative and orthotist. Appointments are required.
