The mission of United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Illinois is to provide programs and services that improve the independence, productivity, and quality of life of people with disabilities and their families. Our affiliate’s services are tailored to persons with cerebral palsy or other developmental disabilities, of all ages, in a 27 county area.
