The mission of UCP of Southern Illinois is to provide programs and services that improve the independence, productivity, and quality of life of people with disabilities and their families.
Vision
The vision of UCP of Southern Illinois is to ensure that persons with cerebral palsy or other developmental disabilities receive appropriate services and supports to enable them to assume their rights as full citizens.
