Support UCP
UCP-CM is committed to advancing the independence, productivity, and full citzenship of individuals with disabilities. Through your generous support, UCP-CM is able to:
- Provide 3,740 individual and group speech therapy sessions, 3,534 occupational therapy sessions, and 3,520 physical therapy sessions for children with disabilities at Delrey School.
- Provide door-to-door transportation for 335 adults with disabilities to UCP-CM development centers, totaling more than 83,500 trips per year.
- Provide 46 ADA compliant homes with 24-hour care for adults with disabilities to develop the life skills needed to live as independently as possible.
- Provide 21,772 hours of one-on-one assistance for adults with disabilities with job selection, interviewing, training, and on-site job coaching to maintain both paid and volunteer positions of employment.
- Provide 850 assistive technology evaluation and training sessions through the No Boundaries Assistive Technology Center.
- Provide 159 days of respite care including education, support, resources, and referrals for caregivers to prevent caregiver burnout.
- Provide more than 53,000 hours of personal care assistance to individuals with disabilities in order for them to be able to remain in their own homes.
- Provide more than 1,200 individuals with disabilities the support to pursue their dreams and live their lives to the fullest.
