UCP of Southern Maryland Supported Living Program includes Individual Support Services and Community Supported Living. These services are provided to individuals living in their homes and are tailored to meet an individuals needs and goals. Typical services include; drop-in attendant care, recreational activities, architectural modifications consulting, transportation and the purchase of adaptive equipment.
