MISSION:
The mission of United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Maryland is to positively affect the quality of life for persons with disabilities and their families by providing quality human services.
VISION:
To achieve our mission through empowering a high quality, progressive team environment that promotes innovative and responsive services for individuals with disabilities.
UCP of Southern Maryland is committed to:
- equipping and enabling individuals with disabilities to attain the fullest possible employment, productivity and participation in the community;
- inclusion of all people with disabilities into every day life of the community;
- honoring the choices made by individuals with disabilities;
- assuring the rights and entitlements of persons with disabilities;
- educating the community to improve awareness and understanding of disabilities; and
- mobilizing necessary resources to accomplish these goals.
