Financial Assistance
UCP-CM provides grants to purchase specialized equipment for children and adults diagnosed with cerebral palsy who live in Stearns, Benton or sherburne counties in central Minnesota. An application needs to be completed. The Financial Assitance Committee meets on the first Wednesday of every month to review applications.
