We currently are seeking volunteers for
Computers Go Round! Do you like working on computers? Do you want to help people with your computer skills and technical know how. The Computers go Round program of UCP of Central MN is looking for volunteers to work in its computer refurbishing program. We need people to help repair computers that will be distributed to persons with disabilities and to train users on installed software. If you like working on computers and helping people, this is the opportunity for you. Please email program coordinator, Matthew Koob or call Matt at 320.253.0765

Mailings: Help with folding, stuffing, and preparing bulk mail projects. These are done occasionally and we would call you one or two days in advance to request your help. The timeline can be from one to four hours.
Committees: Help is needed on a variety of committees from fundraising events such as our annual Stationary Bike Race, and Golf -- to board committees such as our scholarship committee, financial grants committee, or public education committee.
We recruit new board members over the summer to begin work on the board in October. Board terms are for three years. The board meets once per month on the second Wednesday from noon to 1 pm. Each board member is required to serve on at least one other committee during the year and support UCP-CM's vision and mission to enhance the quality of life for persons with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
