Supported Employment
The UCP Supported Employment Program is a program designed to help people with disabilities become and remain successfully and competitively employed in integrated workplace settings of their choice. These services are individualized based on the unique interest, abilities, and needs of the individual applying for services.
Theodore Roosevelt once said, "Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing." Since it’s beginning in 1987, the UCP Supported Employment Program has helped many people do just that – have a chance at doing work they consider worth doing!
