Pediatric Medical Daycare “We Take Kids to Heart"
UCP of Hudson County’s Pediatric Medical Day Care utilizes a multi-disciplinary treatment team (social worker, physician, nursing, therapist and activities instructor) approach to adequately meet the demands of our children who are medically compromised and/or technology dependent to sustain their life. Developmentally appropriate educational services are provided to meet each child’s cognitive abilities. Nutritional counseling and recommendations are also provided by our Registered Dietitian. Transportation is included with medical personnel if required.
The program represents only one of four in the state of New Jersey and is Medicaid funded. United Way and Ronald McDonald House Charities are supporters of the program. Visit Website
