2008 Believable Hope
Conference |
|
|
THIS IS YOUR CHANCE to create real HOPE
during the Believable Hope Conference,
sponsored by United Cerebral Palsy, June 18-21,
2008 in our nation’s capital.
Members of
the Disability Community; Business & Community
Leaders; Healthcare Professionals; and Families will
join forces with UCP to create Believable Hope today for a
Life Without Limits for people with disabilities in the
future. | |
Life Without Limits |
|
|
The Believable Hope Conference is the next
step in the Life Without Limits initiative, focusing on
discussions of the future of children with disabilities,
healthcare, and the full integration of people with disabilities
in our society.
Life Without Limits is a
national effort to create a new vision of the future for people
with disabilities. The project is designed to raise public
awareness about the serious challenges that remain for people
with disabilities and develop strategies, initiatives, programs,
and public policy to address them.
While UCP is the
spark, Life Without Limits is too large for any one
organization to own. Success will come with the participation
and support of a broad coalition of individuals, groups, and
organizations. Together, we will create a fresh strategic view
of our nation and the possibilities tomorrow holds and realize a
more just and sustainable future for all Americans with and
without disabilities.
Life Without Limits will
unite visionary individuals and organizations to create a
brighter future for the disability
community. | |
